Highlighting the best of BMC to build a bench of talent


The challenge

BMC is a construction supply company that prides itself on building careers, too. To attract the right talent and showcase the many roles and backgrounds that make up BMC’s nationwide team, BMC wanted to profile the real people who make the brand stand tall.

Approach

With interview transcripts and examples of well-received profiles in tow, I set out to replicate the approach and seamlessly match BMC’s upbeat brand voice to give potential recruits a sense of what it’s like to work for the company.

Results

Inviting copy in short, punchy profiles of real people and BMC’s impact on their lives, focused on humanizing details — how their roles at BMC have helped them grow, fit their various personalities, or match BMC values.
